Missy Van Damme Delmont was a four-year member of the Alma Women's Basketball Program. She was the conference's leading scorer in 1995 and 1996, was named first team All-MIAA three times, MIAA MVP on two occasions, and led the Scots to an MIAA Championship in 1994. Delmont was an honorable mention in the NCAA All-American teams three times. In 1993-1994, Delmont contributed to Alma winning an MIAA co-Championship, and she was the second most efficient shooter in the conference. In 1994-1995, Delmont was the MIAA's leading scorer, averaging 20.2 points per game in MIAA play, and was named First Team All-MIAA. In 1995-1996, Delmont was named All-MIAA and MIAA MVP, led the conference in scoring, at 19.4 points per game, and was the conferences's most efficient shooter for the second straight season. In 1996-1997, Delmont repeated as MIAA MVP, and had an overall career record of 82-25, while going 39-9 in MIAA play.Â
