Cancellation Policy:

Written notice must be submitted to summercamps@alma.edu in accordance with the tiered structure detailed below.:

  • 21 days or more before camp start date = *100% refund, less the transaction fee
  • 20 days or less before camp start date = *90% refund, less the transaction fee
  • 7 days or less before camp start date = *0% refund

*Less the cost associated with transaction fees; additionally, camps with meals and/or housing are subject to additional fees.
