Alma College

Chris Miller was one of the reasons that Scots Wrestling was successful with his dominance in the 190 lbs. weight class. He was an individual MIAA Champion four consecutive seasons from 1981-1984. Chris is the only Alma College wrestler to earn this four-time honor. He was selected All League all four years and qualified for the National Wrestling Tournament each season, all at the same weight class of 190 lbs. In his freshman and sophomore seasons, by winning the MIAA Individual Championship, he qualified for the NCAA National Tournament. In his junior and senior season, the qualifying mark for the National Tournament required him to win both the MIAA and Midwest Regional Title. He won titles in each campaign vaulting him into a category all to his own.
