BLACK MOUNTAIN, N.C. — The Alma College women's lacrosse team continued competition in North Carolina on Friday, Feb. 25, against Montreat College, and won, 25-20, to continue their winning streak.

The Scots broke the record for assists per game with 16. Emma Keith and Kirsten Browne each tied the program record for individual assists with five each. Alma also tied the program record for most goals in a game with 25 and broke the record for most draws won in a game with 26.

Sam Peterson led the Scots with nine points off six goals and three assists. With nine points each, Keith added four goals and Browne added three to both of their five assists. Rileigh McGeorge found the goal six times and goalie Alaina Frye posted 13 saves on the day.

The Scots head to Franklin College on Thursday, March 3, for their next game.
