Scots Drop Game Against Kalamazoo

Alma, Mich. - The Alma College women's lacrosse team fell in a conference matchup against the Kalamazoo College Hornets 21-3 at Bahlke Field on Saturday (Apr. 3). Alma's record drops to 1-7 overall and 0-3 in MIAA play.

Ava Frederickson scored two goals for the Scots, both coming in the second half. Freshman Rileigh McGeorge scored Alma's first goal of the game in the first half. Allie Ray made nine saves in net. The Hornets used a 15-1 run in the first half to cruise to victory. 

Alma's next game will be at Calvin University. The game will begin at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday (Apr. 10).
