Alma outshot the Brits, 19-15, while sophomore Kelsey Postema (Marshall, Mich./Marshall) made two stops in net to record her fourth win of the year.

Kelly Wilson notched her team-leading fifth assist of the year. Her season-best is six during her sophomore campaign.

QUOTES

Head Coach Ashley Bingaman

"The girls played really well and this is the best we've seen out of Macayla (Greiner). It was nice to get some kids back off of the injured list, and it was a huge win for us in the MIAA. We are going to use this momentum and keep playing the way we are playing. We know the results will come and this is what we've been working hard for and it's peaking right now."
