ALMA, Mich. - Alma women's soccer lost its final home game of the regular season to Division II Northwood University today, 1-0.

Allyson DeLaLuz scored on an assist from Courtney First in the 40th minute of the game to take the only lead it would need.

Generating scoring opportunities was not the problem for the Scots as they had seven shots. Senior Rachel Comfort (Easpointe/South Lake) had three shots in the game to lead the Maroon and Cream.
Alma now looks ahead to the MIAA Tournament where they will most likely face Calvin College.
