OLIVET, Mich. - The Alma College women's soccer team suffered a 2-0 defeat at Olivet Tuesday (Nov. 2), falling to 7-11-1 overall, 6-8-1 in conference play. Olivet improves to 8-11, 6-10 in MIAA action.

Both Comet goals came from Shannah Fisher as Olivet took 11 shots in the game to the Scots' two. Fisher scored the eventual game-winner just nine minutes into the contest and added the insurance goal in the 43rd minute.

The Scots return to Scotland Yard Saturday (Nov. 6) when they host Hope (11-4-2, 11-1-2 MIAA) in the final game of the regular season.
