Team10 Adds Third Consecutive Hip Hop Division III National Championship in Program History

DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. – Looking to leave NDA Nationals with two national championships, the Alma College dance team entered Hip Hop Division III finals with the highest prelims score of the division this year, ready to capture another. Team10 came out on top for their third consecutive national championship in the division with a finals score of 91.3429. 

The Scots finished six and a half points ahead of second-place Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, who finished with a finals score of 84.6571 Just behind RPI is New York University, who finished third with a score of 83.5429 to round out the podium finishers. In fourth place, Bridgewater State University finished with a score of 79.3429 and Southern Virgina University collected a fifth-place finish, scoring a final score of 77.1143. 

Alma's performance had zero deductions, along with all the rest of the finals competitors, showcasing the talents on display at this year's national championship competition. 

Alma will now return home to finish off the year and build towards defending their titles next season and look towards trying to claim another Grand National Championship to add to their programs storied history.
