Alma, MI - Four Alma College Esports Student-Athletes earned All conference awards during the Fall BEL season:

David Wolfley

•  League MVP (Smash Ultimate)

• All BEL First Team (Smash Ultimate)

Donovan Salters

• All BEL First Team (Rocket League)

Sean Kildea

• All BEL Second Team (Smash Ultimate)

Chandler Calkins

• All BEL Second Team (Call of Duty)

David Wolfley- 

• Senior Team Captain, David Wolfley was on a mission this season. Wolfley would finish the regular season with 56 stocks taken and only 24 stocks lost across 12 games giving him a 2.33 KD ratio. Wolfley would lead the league in stocks taken by a margin of over 20 stocks. David was awarded a well earned League MVP award while also earning a spot on First Team. Congratulations to David on a phenomenal senior season and thank you for all of your leadership these past four years!

Donovan Salters-

• Entering his Sophomore season, Salters put on a clinic on the offensive and defensive side of the ball. Donovan would lead the league in Goals (26) AND Saves (22). Salters earned a spot on First Team All BEL and cemented himself as a top player in the league. With two more seasons of his college career Donovan will continue to be a strong player across multiple titles for Alma Esports as he looks towards the approaching Winter Valorant season.

Sean Kildea-

• Kildea entered the Fall 2023 season as a second year player for the esports team. After a year of steady improvement Kildea would become a vital piece of the game plan for the Scots. Sean would end the regular season with 27 stocks taken which would tie for third in the league. Along with an impressive and consistent regular season performance, Sean would clutch the championship taking the final three stocks of the season in Alma's victory over Trine to earn the BEL Championship. 

Chandler Calkins-

• Calkins entered his final season with Alma Esports as Team Captain. Chandler would lead from the front as he recorded 134 eliminations in the regular season while only suffering 72 deaths giving him close to a 2.0 KDA. Chandler consistently brought positive energy and a competitive drive for greatness to every single practice and game and became a vital piece of his squad. Congratulations to Chandler on a well earned Second Team All BEL award and thank you for your leadership over the past four years!
