Box Score On Sunday, the men's lacrosse team celebrated Senior Day on their last home game against Carthage College. Sr. midfield Willy Drouillard (Paw Paw, Mich./Paw Paw), Sr. defense Jonathon Silvestro (Clinton Township, Mich./ L'Anse Creuse Central) and Sr. defense James McCoy (Ortonville, Mich./Brandon) were recognized before the start of the game. The men's lacrosse team lost the match with a score of 20-1 at Bahlke Field.
"Once again we showed some great character in our play by never giving up, right to the end," Alma Head Coach Jason Levesque said. "However, we need to improve our lackluster starts, especially against a strong team like Carthage. Full credit to them though, as they are a very talented team and came off strong from the opening face off."

Carthage College got off to a quick start scoring eight goals in the first period. This was the most goals that the Alma defense would allow in a period though limiting the next three to six, two, and four respectively.
Fr. goalkeeper Daric Mueller (Dewitt, Mich./Dewitt) played in goal for the Scots and had totaled 15 saves during the game. On the other end of the field, Fr. midfield Cole Mulder (Holland, Mich./West Ottawa) had the lone goal for the Scots, scoring unassisted. The team totaled 10 shots on the day.

The Scots are now 1-13 with two games left on the road to complete their season. They travel to Wisconsin on Apr. 28 to face Concordia University.
