ALMA, Mich. – Wrapping up Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association fall jamborees, the Alma College women's golf team hosted the fourth and final before the Spring Finale in 2026. The Scots finished eighth for the jamboree with a team score of 342 (+58).
Leading the Scots tied for 16th overall in the field was Sarah Ream, who posted an 80 (+9) which included ten pars. Alma's next finisher was senior Jada Zerlaut who competed in her final home jamboree, scoring an 85 (+14), which tied her for 34th for all competitors. Also shooting an 85 and tying for 34th was Kelbi Roman who competed as the Scots individual. Just one shot behind was Katelyn Jacot, who finished her day with an 86 (+15), tying for 37th. Finishing tied for 47th, Addison Wressell closed out her round with a 91 (+20) which included a birdie on hole five. Tying for 50th position, Charliese Erickson and McKenzie McManus both scored 94s (+23) competing as individuals for Alma. Competing in her first MIAA jamboree and second tournament of the season, Lakyn Zimmerman posted a 95 (+24), finishing in 53rd place as an individual. Rounding out the scoring for the Scots was Leea Gorman and Damien Gagnon who recorded 97 (+26) and 103 (+32), respectively, finishing tied for 55th and 58th as an individual as well.
Alma will compete in one final tournament for the fall as they will travel to Kalamazoo for the Hornet Fall Invitational on Monday, October 20th at Stonehedge North Golf Course. Tee times are set for 11:00 AM.
