Bowling Continues League Play at Fifth AHBA Tournament

Waterford, MI - Alma College Women's Bowling was on the road on Saturday to continue play the 5th event of the American Heartland series.
 
On Saturday the Scots placed 9th out of 14 teams with a score of 4,679 points. Through 5 regular games where they were led by Kendra Walch with 838 in 25th place and Morgan Smith with 805 in 33rd and Alexis Marquardt with 804 in 34th. Alma continued to place with Emily Spear in 55th with 593 and Hannah Sherman with 406 in 68th.
 
The JV Scots competed in this tournament as well placing 2nd with a score of 4,299. Alma was led by Breonna Becker with a 5th place finish the 767 after 5 games. Mia Winter placed 10th with 634 followed closely by Lillian Sierakowski in 11th with 608. The rest of the Scots remained close to one another by placing 12th – 15th.
 
Alma will be competing next weekend on the 26th in the AHBA Championship in Monroe, MI.
