Alma, MI - Alma College Football will be hosting a champions tent prior to their October 19 game vs. Albion in the tailgate area behind the visiting stands. All alumni are welcome to join the teams in the tent as well. Captains from both teams reached out hoping to see members of the 2002 team there. The '99 & '04 teams will be recognized during the game.

The 1999 Scots ended the season in a 3-way tie for the MIAA title with Hope and Albion, with the teams finishing at 5-1. Alma finished the year at 8-2, after falling to Wittenberg in the opening round of the NCAA tournament.

Alma's 2004 team went 8-3 overall. The Scots won the MIAA outright at 6-1, with a title clinching 47-24 victory over rival Hope College in the final game of the season. The Scots made the NCAA tournament, where they fell to Carthage College in the opening round 31-28.

Registration will include tickets to the football game and an optional tour of the new athletic facility being built by Scotland Yard and Klenk Park at 10:00am.
