The Alma College Women's Bowling team competed once again this time in the AC Open in Adrian Michigan. 

Faith Bell and Hailey Weaver were the top 2 performers for the Scots with them coming in 17th and 18th place.  Bell bowled a 693 with a high of a 208 in her final game of the day. Weaver bowled a 685 including a 199 in her third game of the day. In total the Scots place 6 with a score of 6056 

"In what was an otherwise frustrating event for us there were some bright spots. Sophomore Alexis Marquardt had a really nice last game in game 4 for us bowling a 181. There was no JV competition today.  (So) Emily Spear responded by having a really nice day averaging 178." Said coach Kyle Woodcock. 

The Scots will be back in action this weekend as they head to the BGSU Falcon Classic.
