Alma, Mich.- The Alma College women's tennis team lost a home match to the Adrian College Bulldogs on Saturday (Apr. 17). With the loss the Scots record drops to 2-5 overall and 0-2 in conference play.

Brooke Butterfield was the lone victor for the Scots at number one singles, defeating her Adrian opponent in straight sets, 6-4, 6-4. Butterfield and Elizabeth Hill fell at number one doubles 8-4 as the Bulldogs swept the doubles matches and took five of six singles matches. 

Alma will have a quick turnaround as they head to Olivet College for a match on Sunday (Apr. 18) at noon.
