The Alma College Women's Tennis team traveled to Lansing on Monday to take on Kalamazoo College at the Michigan Athletic Center. The Scots fell to the Hornets 9-0 in a "home" match that was relocated due to weather conditions.
With the defeat, Alma drops to 3-11-3 on the year and 1-5 in the MIAA. Kalamazoo improves to 10-3 overall with a league-best 4-0 mark in the conference after Monday.
"The girls competed very well today against the top team in the conference," said Alma Head Coach Brittany Miller. "There were a few flights that we could have potentially won, we just have a tough time executing at crucial points."
