Thanks to a nice patch of weather, the Alma College women's tennis team finally got to play outdoors, when they welcomed Albion College to campus on Wednesday. The Scots struggled on the outdoor courts, falling to the Britons 9-0 on Wednesday afternoon.
With the loss, Alma dropped to 3-9-3 on the year and 1-3 in the MIAA. Albion improved to 9-1 overall, with a perfect 3-0 record in conference play.
"We had some good matches," said Alma Head Coach Brittany Miller. "Things just did not go our way today."
