On Friday afternoon, the Alma College Women's Tennis team traveled to take on Olivet College and came away with a convincing 9-0 victory. With the win, the Scots improved to 1-1 in the MIAA and 5-6 overall, while the Comets are now 0-1 in the league and 0-5 in 2013.

The win was convincing all around and three Scots players won their singles matches by scores of 6-0, 6-0 - Sr. Katie Meloche (Muskegon, Mich./West Muskegon Christian), Jr. Lauren Moreau (Lansing, Mich./Lansing Catholic) and Fr. Brittney Miller (Frankfort, Mich./Frankfort). However, they were not alone as the the whole team contributed to this afternoon's victory.

The Scots continue their season on Tuesday afternoon, when they host Trine University beginning at 4:00 p.m.
