The home 9 picked up the scoring in the 3rd. The Scots got help from a Bulldog fielding error, which allowed Taylor Griffith to round third and score on the play. A fielders choice on the next play allowed another run to score, making it 4-0 Alma. If that wasn't enough, Amelia Price hit an RBI single to score one more run, and make it 5-0.
Alma left things there, and continued the scoring in the next inning. Emma Fraser hit an RBI single to left field to score one more run, making it 6-0. Alma added one more run in the 5th when Sophia Morais hit into a fielder choice. The throw home went array, allowing Hannah Solomon to score with ease.
