The Alma Men's Soccer team opened up their MIAA season with a matchup vs the Britons of Albion College a sunny Tuesday afternoon at Scotland Yard. 

Action started early for the Brits, as two quick fire goals in the 13th and 15 minutes but the Scots had an answer as Christian Swies headed a Ethan Swartzentruber cross into the top right corner to put the Scots within one. The Brit's would add another to take a 3-1 lead into the half. 

In the 2nd half the Scots were the better side, but there was no goal to show for the Scots. An Albion goal late into proceedings would make it a 4-1 final. 

Men's Soccer will be back in action as they face the Bulldogs of Adrian College away from home on Saturday October 7th at 3:00 PM.
