Alma, MI – Alma Men's Soccer played host to Kalamazoo College on Saturday at Scotland Yard. The visitors defeated Alma 1-0.

The first half was rather uneventful, with both sides trading deep runs that ultimately didn't culminate in a shot on goal. The two teams shared just 2 shots on goal in the first. The second half saw things open up. Both teams came forward more often and those deep runs started to result in more scoring chances. Ultimately it was Kalamazoo who broke through late in the game, and would hang on for the win.

Chris Henry was stellar in net despite picking up the loss, as he stopped 7 of 8 shots faced.

Alma drops to 3-8-1, and will be in action on Wednesday at Olivet.
