Angola, Ind. - The Alma College men's soccer team came up short in its season finale on Wednesday (Oct. 30), 3-0 against Trine University (IN).

The Thunder (6-9, 2-5) led 1-0 at halftime and extended its lead to two in the 51st minute. It added another goal in the 89th.

Brian Ganton (Williamston, Mich. / Williamston) had a team-high six shots for the Scots (5-11, 2-5), two of which were on goal.

Garrison Mast (Grand Haven, Mich. / Grand Haven) made nine saves in the game for the fourth time this season. It's also two saves off his season-best.

Two yellow cards were given to each team. Noah Canlas (Naperville, Ill. / Naperville Central) got his second of the year in the minute and Joe Rawlin (Traverse City, Mich. / Traverse City West Senior High School) earned his first in the 85th.
