Box Score Angola, Ind. - The Alma College men's soccer team ended its season with a scoreless tie at Trine on Saturday (Oct. 28) afternoon.
Sophomore goalkeeper Garrison Mast (Grand Haven, Mich. / Grand Haven) tied his career-high of 10 saves in the match. Sophomore midfielder Hebren Hein (Jackson, Mich. / Jackson) took the most shots of either team at four, including three on goal.
With the tie, Alma falls just short of a Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association postseason berth. The Scots finish the season with a conference record of 3-8-3 and an overall record of 3-11-4. Trine currently sits fifth in the MIAA with a record of 3-6-5 and is 5-6-6 overall.
