The defending MIAA Champion Alma College Softball team continued their 2012 Florida trip on Monday afternoon, and for the second consecutive day, split two games. In today's first contest, the Scots dropped an 11-8 decision to Augustana (Ill.), but bounced back to defeat Capital (Ohio) 6-0 in the second game.

The Scots are now 2-2 in 2012 and will play two more games tomorrow down in Clermont. Alma will play against UM-Dearborn on 9:00 a.m., followed by a game versus Wartburg (Iowa) beginning at 1:00 p.m.
