Alma, Mich.- The Alma College men's tennis team faced the Kalamazoo College Hornets on Friday (Apr. 9). The Hornets were able to sweep both doubles and singles matches and earn the 9-0 victory over the Scots. 

The Hornets picked up an 8-1 victory in No. 2 doubles over Caleb Schuring and Brendon Murdie. Schuring would also lose in No. 2 singles in straight sets, 6-1, 6-1. No. 4 singles saw Walker Michaels fall to his Hornet opponent 6-1, 6-1. Brandon Ralston would also fall in straight sets at No. 1 singles. 

The Scots will travel to Hope College for a match on Wednesday (Apr. 14). It will begin at 4:00 p.m.
