WEST OLIVE, Mich. - The Alma College men's golf team competed at third MIAA Jamboree of the season at the Wuskowhan Players Club. The tournament was hosted by Hope College.
The Scots scored a team score of 332 to place eighth in the team rankings. Junior Eli Pinter shot an 80 that included a 37 on the front nine to lead the way for Alma.
Senior Tait Morrissey carded a pair of 41s on the front nine and back nine to finish with an 82 on the day. Freshman Joey Chrencik also shot an 82.
Freshman Robby Wesley earned an 88 and Trent Lashuay scored a 92 to round out the varsity scoring for the Scots.
Alma has a quick turnaround for its next competition as it heads to Albion on Tuesday for the fourth conference jamboree of the season.
