Holland, Mich. - The Alma College men's tennis team fell at Hope College 9-0 on Wednesday (Apr. 14) afternoon. With the loss the Scots fall to 1-6 overall and 0-3 in MIAA matches.
Brendon Murdie and Caleb Schuring battled in their doubles match, falling to their opponents from Hope 8-5. In singles action, Walker Michaels fell to his Flying Dutchmen opponent in straight sets, 6-3, 6-1. Hope was able to sweep the three doubles and six singles matches to earn the victory.
Alma will travel to Olivet College on Sunday (Apr. 18). The match will begin at noon.
