MARSHALL, Mich. - The Alma College men's golf team kicked off its season at the Medalist Golf Club for the first MIAA Jamboree hosted by Olivet College. The Scots placed eighth in the team standings with a combined score of 344. Alma finished right behind by Adrian College by one single stroke. 

Senior Tait Morrissey led the way for the Scots by shooting a 78 on the day to finish in a tie for 12th on the individual leaderboard. Junior Eli Pinter was Alma's next best golfer with an 86 to place 29th. Freshman Robby Wesley shot an 87 in his collegiate debut. 

The Scots will head to Adrian to play at the Lenawee Country Club on Saturday, April 3rd for the next MIAA Jamboree.
