BLOOMINGTON, IL – The Alma College Women's Volleyball team traveled to Illinois Wesleyan University to play a three-match tournament on Friday, Oct. 22 and Saturday, Oct. 23. The Scots fell 3-0 on the weekend against the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, Illinois Wesleyan University, and Augustana College.  

Alma started their first match of the tournament against the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point. McKenzie Smith led the team in kills with six. Ashley Miller and Lexi Dykstra each posted eight assists and Dykstra had 11 digs on the day.

On Saturday, the Scots played a three-set match against Illinois Wesleyan University. Haley Ullrich notched eight kills. Miller led with eight assisted and eight digs.  

Alma competed against Augustana College for their second match up of the day. The Scots were led by Smith with nine kills. Dykstra assisted 14 points and McKenzie Hammontree had 16 digs.

Alma takes on their next match at Kalamazoo College on Wednesday, Oct. 27.
