MOUNT PLEASANT, Mich. — The Alma College Men's Golf team hosted the Fall Final at Pohlcat Golf Course on Friday, Oct. 15, and Saturday, Oct. 16. The Scots placed sixth in the tournament with a total score of 681 and finished the season sixth in the conference.
Robby Wesley led Alma with a total score of 169 and finished 25th in the tournament. Eli Pinter followed behind with a 170, Joey Chrencik scored a 171, Max Kraniak ended with a 173, and Peyton Reid and Luke Morris tied at a 186.
"The guys played well both days. I know it was not how we wanted to finish out the season, but we battled through some tough course and weather conditions. We are still young and learning how to manage the course the right way. Losing Eli will be a big loss for us, but the returners will be hungry next year to make a run for the top four. I am excited for the future of this program," Head Coach Brandon Trefil said.
