Olivet, Mich. - The Alma College men's tennis team closed out the 2018 season on Friday afternoon (April 27), defeating Olivet College by a 9-0 margin.

Alma (8-11 overall, 2-5 MIAA) won all three doubles matches by 8-3 margins and then captures all six singles bouts in straight sets, holding the Comets to two games or less in every frame. 

Alma graduates five seniors - Noah Ackerman, Tristen Fox, BJ Schutte, Quinn Summerfield and Luke Van Fleet - from the program. Ackerman picked up his 40th victory at singles to round out his career.
