Angola, Ind. - The Alma College men's tennis team dropped an 8-1 decision at Trine University on Wednesday (April 25) in a match rescheduled from April 14. The Scots stand in sixth place within the Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association with a 7-11 overall record and a 1-5 mark within the conference.
Junior Noah Ackerman (Munising, Mich./Munising) earned the point for the Scots at No. 2 singles against Trine's Judson Quinn, winning in three sets. (4-6, 6-4, 6-4).
