Alma, Mich. - The Alma College men's tennis team suffered a 9-0 defeat against Hope College on Monday (April 23) as the Scots hosted their final home match of the 2018 season.

Alma fell in all three doubles matches, while the Flying Dutchmen won the singles competitions in straight sets.

The Scots (7-10, 1-4 MIAA) will wrap up the 2018 season with a pair of road matches, traveling to Trine University (IN) on Wednesday, April 25, followed by a trip to Olivet College on Friday, April 27. The Scots have an opportunity to play their way into MIAA Men's Tennis Tournament with a pair of wins.
