West Olive, Mich. - The Alma College men's golf team traveled to the Wuskowhan Players Club on Monday (Sept. 25) to play in the third MIAA Jamboree. The Scots did not place in the tournament but had three golfers participate individually.
What Happened
- The lowest score today for the Scots came from freshman Tait Morrissey (Canadian Lakes, Mich./Big Rapids), who tied for 36th place overall with a score of 85.
- Junior Bennett Schmitt (Frankfort, Mich./Frankfort) ended the day in 44th place with his score of 97.
- In 46th place, freshman Reese Middleton (Perry, Mich./Mich) scored a 99.
What's Next
The Scots will see action again next Monday (Oct. 2) for the fourth MIAA Jamboree, at the Kalamazoo Country Club in Kalamazoo. Tee-off is scheduled for 1:00 p.m.
