The Alma College Men's Golf team hosted the MIAA Jamboree #1 Saturday afternoon at Pine River Country Club. This was the first match for the Scots this season and the final home event on their 2014 schedule.

Carding a 366, Alma finished eighth in the event that featured all eligible MIAA members. Hope College took first on Saturday with a team score of 299, edging out Trine University by just a single stroke to claim victory.

So. Alex Genter (Clarkston/Clarkston) was low man for the Scots, recording an 81 to finish tied for 29th.
