Thursday afternoon, the Scots Men's Golf team competed in the MIAA Jamboree at Trine University, in a make-up of a rained out competition last Saturday. Alma finished fifth with a team score of 302 and will next hit the links on Saturday when they host the Jamboree at Pine River Country Club in Alma, beginning at 1:00 p.m.
The top performer for the Scots was Sr. Greg Silverthorn (Shepherd, Mich./Shepherd), who shot a 71 which was good for tie for third. Next was So. Marty Predmesky (Graham, N.C.) who shot a 74 (tie for 12th) and Jr. Jake Moran (Sterling Heights, Mich./Henry Ford II), who finished tied for 37th with a 78 on the day.
