Sr. OF Adam Jock (Wales, Mich./Memphis) scored walked and ultimately scored on a wild pitch in the bottom of the second to make the score 2-1.

Donny Lee takes a cut against Aquinas on Wednesday

Aquinas scored two runs each in the fourth and fifth frames, only to be countered by single Alma runs in the fourth and sixth. The Scots cut the deficit to 6-4 in the bottom of the seventh when Sr. CF Ian Rhynard (Shepherd, Mich./Shepherd) executed a sac bunt, scoring Jr. SS Ryan Henris (Saginaw, Mich./Nouvel Catholic), for an RBI.

However, the ten-run ninth sealed Alma's fate and for the game, the Saints had 17 hits to go with the 16 runs off of eight Scots hurlers. Schrieber got the loss after his one inning of work.
