The Alma Volleyball team concluded play today in the Great Lakes Regional Challenge when they took on Ohio Northern and Mt. St. Joseph. The Scots won both matches that were held at Wittenberg University.

In today's first game, Alma defeated Ohio Northern in a highly contested 3-2 match (26-24, 22-25, 25-16, 20-25, 15-9). In the tournament finale, the Scots got the best of Mt. St. Joseph's by a score of 3-1 (13-25, 25-18, 25-18, 25-17).

Yesterday, the Scots lost to the Heidelberg Student Princesses by a score of 3-0 (21-25, 21-25, 20-25) in their first match.

In yesterday's second game, the Scots defeated the Bluffton University Beavers by a score of 3-0 (25-12, 25-14, 25-21) to split in day one of the Challenge.

Stats are being compiled by individual teams and will not be able to be posted until sometime on Sunday.
