Box Score The Alma Volleyball team improved to 6-0 on the 2010 season after a 3-1 victory over host Adrian College on Saturday afternoon. The Scots defeated the Bulldogs by a score of 25-18, 25-11, 22-25, 25-19 and will next play on Wednesday, when they open up the new Art Smith Arena in Alma. Match start time is scheduled for 6:30 p.m.
"This was another big step for us as we played very solid, did not make many mistakes and spread out our offense," said Alma Head Coach Cheyenne Luzynski. "Being 6-0 is a credit to the motivation and dedication of our girls, but we are definitely not satisfied. We need to be more consistent, but I like the development of our volleyball IQ. We can't wait to open up the new arena and we know it will be fun."
