GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. - In the final game of the regular season, Alma defeated Wheaton in three games by scores of 30-25, 33-31, 30-28 but lost to Calvin in the final MIAA game of the schedule 3-1 (30-22, 22-30, 25-30, 14-30).

Kaylee Sova (Freeland) had 16 kills while Kim Gillhespy (Cedar Springs) added 14 against Calvin. Kelsee Krull (Midland/Dow) had 26 digs though Sova added 21 against the Knights.

Alma ends the regular season 16-14 and 9-7 in MIAA play. They open MIAA Tournament play Tuesday.
