OLIVET, Mich. - The Alma College volleyball team improved to 6-13 (6-2 MIAA) with a 3-0 win against Olivet on the road Wednesday (Oct. 5). Alma swept the three games 30-12, 30-16, 30-12. 

Alma was led by senior Erin Fralick (Petoskey) who posted 16 kills and 24 attacks to go along with one solo block and four block assists, hitting .667 on the evening.

Erica Philp (Ubly) added 10 kills and 26 attacks while Lyndsey Piesko (Frankenmuth) and Kaylee Sova (Freeland) also made contributions.

Mary Murdoch (Holland/West Ottawa) had 36 assists and 10 digs in the victory.

The Scots return to action Oct. 8 on the road at Tri-State where they will host both the Thunder and Adrian in a tri-meet.
