Brandee (Brower) West '00 will enter her 26th season as an Assistant Softball Coach in the Spring of 2026.

A Scots Softball alum, West had a standout career at Alma. A 4-year starter, she garnered First Team All-MIAA honors 3 times, was named MIAA MVP in 2000, was a 3-time All-Region selection, earned All-America honors in her senior season, and was a 2-time MIAA batting champ. She posted a career record of 154-28 as a player, with a 56-2 mark in MIAA play, winning MIAA championships in all 4 years.

West is a teacher in the Alma Public Schools. She and her husband, Dave, reside in St. Louis with their two sons, D.J. and Jameson.
