From Head Coach Matt Chovanec:

"Some very good things happened today. I loved what we brought to this first outdoor meet as the weather was not ideal by any means. We competed and didn't worry about what we couldn't control. Like I told the team afterwards, if we continue to do that every single time out, the performances will come along. It's just great to see such a young team get after it. There's an upside with this entire group all of us coaches are excited about."

Up next:

Alma will travel to Oakland University for the Golden Grizzles Invite beginning next Friday (Apr. 8).
