Track And Field Begins GINA Relays

Hillsdale, Mich.- Members of the Alma College track and field team traveled to Hillsdale College to open the GINA Relays on Thursday (Apr. 22). 

In the women's 5000 meter run, Elizabeth Gotaas ran a personal record time of 20:58.48,

The men's 5000 meter run saw Sean Pauley, Nathan Idalski, and Colton Chovanec all run personal records. Pauley broke 16 minutes for the first time with a time of 15:47.91. Idalski ran 16:29.85, while Chovanec ran 17:47.55. Karl Stroup and Jackson Nordbeck both ran season bests with Stroup running 16:23.59 and Nordbeck running 17:57.59.

Day two of the Hillsdale GINA Relays will begin at noon on Friday (Apr. 23).
