Box Score HOLLAND, Mich. - The Alma College women's basketball team (4-6, MIAA 0-3) lost to No. 1 Hope College (9-0, MIAA 3-0), 98-62, on Wednesday night.
On offense, Morgan Hanchett, Taylor Sas, Stasha Warchock, Kendall Griffioen and Taylor Findlay all had impressive nights. Hanchett ended the night with 13 points and two assists. Sas was also impressive 11 points and four assists. Warchock tallied 10 points, Griffioen scored nine, and Findlay added eight to round out the leading scorers of the night for the scots.
On defense, Jeny Brandt, Sas, and Griffioen contributed. Brandt had five rebounds and two blocks. Sas had nine rebounds. Griffioen had four rebounds, one block, and a steal.
The Scots will be home to face Kalamazoo College on Saturday, February 20th at 3 p.m.
