TOLEDO, Ohio — The Alma College Women's Bowling team traveled for the BGSU Falcon Classic on Saturday, Nov. 20. The Scots finished sixth in the tournament with a team score of 6,677.

"We got off to a great start. In game two we hit a tough pair of lanes where the pin setter wasn't setting the pins correctly. We bounced right back in game three and got back on track with our highest game of the tournament. In the Baker portion of the tournament, team buckled down and each four game Baker set was higher than the previous one," said head coach Kyle Woodcock.

"We even shot our highest Baker game a 233 in the very last Baker game showing that there is no quit in this team. I was very proud of the way the girls kept adjusting and finding ways to score as the lanes broke down."

Aaliyah Wilson placed ninth individually with a total score of 955 for five games and a tournament average of 191. Sarah Gadde tied Wilson place with a total score of 955 and a tournament average of 191.

Next, Alma heads to the American Heartland III in Fort Wayne, Ind., on Saturday, Dec. 4.
