"We had two defensive starters and one offensive starter out this game. Certainly, when you lose key players, it doesn't help but at the same time, we need to have the mentality of 'next guy up.' We are going to use this bye week to physically get healthy and hopefully everyone will be back so we can run at full strength. We have three good conference opponents and some rivals to finish up with so it's going to be a lot of fun," head coach Jason Couch said.
The Scots play again at home on Saturday, Oct. 30 against Hope College for their Family and Community game.
