Scots Women's Golf concludes Olivet College Fall Invitational in 14th Place

Saturday afternoon saw the conclusion of the Olivet College Fall Invitational that marked the beginning of the Alma College 2013 Women's Golf team schedule. The Scots were not able to make up ground from day one and finished in 14th place overall (out of 18 teams) with a team score of 736 in the two-day event.

Below are the individual scores for the Scots during this weekend's event at the Medalist Golf Club in Marshall, Mich.

Sr. Chelsea Erb (Lake Odessa, Mich./Lakewood) - T-28th place: 89-85  174

Sr. Danielle Craft (Shelby Township, Mich./Eisenhower) - T-43rd place: 90-88  178

Jr. Riley Peters (Grand Rapids, Mich./Forest Hills Eastern) - T-59th place: 93-92  185

So. Anna Burdick (Port Huron, Mich./Port Huron) - T-84th place: 102-97  199

Jr. Morgan Henry (Wayland, Mich./Wayland Union) - 96th place: 116-104  220

The Scots, under the tutelage of Head Coach Charlie Goffnett, will next compete on Thursday, August 12 when they take part in the Trine Invitational in Angola, Ind. Start time is scheduled for Noon.
