The Alma College Wrestling team hit the road on Friday evening to take on host Calumet College of St. Joseph (Ind.) and came away with a 32-18 victory. The Scots will next compete on Wednesday evening, when they will host Grand Valley State at Art Smith Arena. Start time is scheduled for 7:00 p.m.

"It was nice to get a win tonight against Calumet," said Alma Head Coach Todd Hibbs. "We had some backups in the lineup that did very well and we are looking forward to hosting Grand Valley State on Wednesday for Senior Night."

Two performers stood out for the Scots on Friday evening. Jr. Matt Tuttle (Reading, Mich./Reading), who recorded a pin 51 seconds into his bout, and also, Fr. John Julian, Jr. (Hartland, Mich./Hartland) who was victorious with a technical fall by a score of 18-2.
